i've bought stuff from play.com and never had problem, good service and delivery etc.
a friend ordered some stuff from them that was stolen (coz posty left it outside his frontdoor) and they sent replacement with no arguments

Play.com is a fantastic online site - I have been using them for years, very fast delivery and very friendly staff to speak to if there is ever a problem (which is extremely rare, and on the 1 occasion it did happen, got another sent out without question)
I have bought electronics, games, DVD's, Gadgets, all came well packed and the stuff is quite cheap too
I highly recommend them 100%

I have never used them. Make sure they have a security tab at the bottom right of their screen before you purchase anything.

Yes they are good other sites to use are www.cd-wow.com or 101cd.com free delivery as well.
