Don't tell me you're serious....they won't allow questions with all "caps"....that's just ridiculous! Of all the important things that should be reported, that's one on the "no no" list? Sounds like someone in office has a control issue....

it's okay with me if someone shouts... i mean .. really .. who can hear ya anyway? if someone shouts thru the internet and falls is there anyone there to hear them in the first place?
