Rubber boots are made of specific types of rubber which remain resilient and flexible in the cold.They will harden to a certain extent, but the warmth of your feet will counteract most of that.
Haven't you ever worn boots when you played in the snow?
Or do you live so far south that you don't get snow?

Lol I dont know but it would be funny.

.... a lot like walking around with ice blocks on strapped on your feet or something..
