FedEx or UPS ship worldwide. In my experience, FedEx is usually cheaper than UPS. There are other smaller companies like DHL, but I have found them to be more expensive.

Well I don't know about Canada but in Macedonia there is just one post company....so it does not matter....
If your package gets lost it'll be in Macedonia.....
