Orgasm difficulty is a very common problem for many women, usually after childbirth or for those on birth control, although younger women and women of all ages can also experience the problem. The causes range from some type of physical or emotional trauma, such as damage to the nerves of the sexual organs or excessive anxiety. Overuse of vibrators can also cause low sensitivity leading to orgasm difficulty. Hormonal imbalances also results in difficult arousal and the lack of sexual urge and orgasm difficulty.

After I retired I worked for a friend in an adult super store. Your case is not uncommon. We had women visit the store and tell the same story as you.
This is my recommendation. Order A good vibrator on line or if you live close to an adult store go and pick one out. Try to find one that looks like a penis and made of syberskin. Buy a good quality warming lube with a stimulant in it.
Their are products that make you more sensitive.
I signed a disclosure statement with the company I worked for so I can't give name brands on the Internet.
You are welcome to email me for advise. If you want I will not reply with anything but links to specific sites to reputable products.

You've probably never had an orgasm because your too inhibited. My suggestion: go buy your self a vibrator. You can get it online and they mail it in very discreet packaging. A good one is the pocket rocket. It is a vibrator, not to be confused with a dildo. A vibrator is small and you use it on your clitoris (on the outside). They are also sold at regular stores as a (personal massager). Then spend some alone time with yourself. And let your inhibitions go! It's a perfectly normal thing to orgasm!

Not many women can get an orgasm from penetration alone. You may be able to orgasm from stimulation of the clitoris, if not try stimulation of both the g-spot (a few inches deep on the top wall of your vagina) and the clitoris. Guys are really bad at finding the g-spot. Even some women get off from anal sex. If none of this works you should see a specialist. You may have a sexual dysfunction.

That's not at all abnormal. Women our age tend to be much more shy about asking what we want and more inhibited. Plus, if you're worried about it, it becomes even harder. The people suggesting buying a vibrator have a good idea. A lot of women swear by the Hitachi Magic Wand. Otherwise, try exploring your body. Do it without your husband first, because you don't want pressure to perform. Take it slow, play around, and don't focus on coming. Just focus on what feels good. And good luck!

I haven't either and I am alot older than you. I haven't missed it and my sex life is still good. I think too many people make too much about this subject. I fake it to pleasure my husband and I've married almost 30 years happily!

try a vibrator..?
Also, putting your legs on your hubby's shoulders and relax - clear your mind and be completely in the moment and that should do it...! Good luck.
