As others have said, you missed some brands:
Isuzu, Nissan, Daihatsu, Mazda, Lexus, Suzuki.
The only current brand I can think of that is sold in Japan and not exported (officially) is Mitsuoka (http://www.mitsuoka-motor.com/ ), but they only really modify existing cars - the Mitsuoka Viewt is a Nissan March (Micra) dressed up to look like a Jaguar Mk II.
There have been some others in the recent past - such as Mazda's Eunos and Autozam brands.

maybe you should learn to read, he said CAR MADE ONLY IN JAPAN!!!! i know Korea had San SSong, so i am sure there are probably a few manufactures that only produce cars for the Japanese market...
