Do they still have the "flash and trash" child beauty pageants, or is it all about natural beauty now?

Do the glam pageants still go on, the ones where little girls are made up and dressed like adults (the kind of pageants that JonBenet Ramsey, Swan Brooner, and Leslie Butler were part of)? Are these pageants as damaging as the experts say they are?

Yes, sadly my family moved to Georgia and they have them here to pass the time. Its sick and gross, I try to save my sisters and nieces but I fail.
