Have a quick look through all 4 first. Pay attention to the language, organization, points of interest. Then choose the best for you. Sometimes you get a great history book, that's written in a language that makes you want to tear your hair out! Believe me, it's happened to me. So, while I don't suggest you read all of them (I suppose you have other classes to study for as well), have a quick look and choose the book that appeals to you most. Even if you just read 10 sentences throughout each book, it'll give you a PRACTICAL idea of what the writer is about.

I'd choose Founding Mothers, myself. Women have, for centuries, been underrepresented in history courses.

If I were you, I'd read them all. They all offer different perspectives on what is freedom and how it affected different groups. Read them all, be an overachiever.

have a nice day.
