I have a restrictive stocks certificate but I couldn't find any broker to want to sell them, the stocks are under 1 dollar a share. That is why I want to talk with someonce who recently has been under this stress, to consolate me and perhaps give me a free tip.Thanks.

First is the restricted stock of a company that is publicly traded?

If not, it would make it difficult for the broker to find a buyer.

Second, if it is a publicly traded company, is the stock off restrictions? i.e. have they vested?

Lastly if answer to 1 and 2 is yes...Is there a legend on the certificate indicating that it is restricted? You can have the company remove that if it is vested.
