Dont have voice recording or bluetooth. I have a motorola V170.

If you have voice memo on your phone and it has the feature where you can set the voice memo as a ringtone then you could play a song on your computer as your recording a voice memo then set it as a ringtone. (that's what I do with my LG VX3200)

buy a cable off ebay or get bluetooth
