Depends on what and who you define as a terorist. Some say that Bush is a terrorist. If that is the case, I believe that there is a strong possibility of a "nuke" being used. On the other hand, I do not think that this country is safe from anyone's attacks. It has been proven. The Trade centers were hit first in "94 from a terrorist attack. Then, they finished off the job in "01. If the intelligence that our country has was a bit more factual, I believe we could safeguard our borders a bit better.

First it is very likely that if a terrorists got a nuke into this country they would use it. The fanatics don't seem to have a split in their party. While we fight about their rights, they pray 5 times a day for Allah to give them the means to kill as many Americans as possible.A major city gets hit before 2008 it's war with the state sponsor, Iran,Syria,or surprise Pakistan, then you have N.Korea who might skip the sponsorship and just invade S.Korea for chit and giggles. The parties will unite for a few months after the attack and then it will be back to business as usual. Not even a common enemy can pull people together. I wonder which party really thinks Osama isn't after them, just the other side.

At this point it is highly unlikely considering the complicated nature of acquiring a nuke and setting it off. The point is if we give up cut and run not just in Iraq but in the war on terror it will happen. These people hated us long before President Bush came to office. Look at the bombing of the USMC barracks in Lebanon in 1983 and the first WTC bombing in 1993. This did not just start with our invasion of Iraq. Americans had better wake up and stop fighting the people that are trying to protect us. And yes I called the democrats Americans. We are in this together and we had better be united or else America will no longer be the great country that it is. Set aside politics and send them a message that we will not be bombed and turn the other cheek. I can see in the future if a terrorist acquires a nuke or dirty bomb and sets it off in a major city President Bush will be blamed by the left. Please people the way to peace is through strength. Let's work together and stop trying to get an edge politically.

This day and time Never take anything for granted. I'm Not saying there are nukes of course, but any number of other dangers. We are on our own in & around our homes. Nothing can be done about that. Would be a good idea to always be alert.

I find it kind of scary that Bush isn't talking about this every 10 minutes.

Sort of like all you ever heard was "Iraq-Weapons of Mass Destruction". This is how a marginal to non-existent threat was handled.

But the real thing, N Korea is once labeled part of an "axis of evil" then zip.

So it would seem the stuff that doesn't get talked about is the real threat. :(

Seems like if a crazy terrorist had a nuke, they would have used it when Bush went to NYC after 9/11, doesn't it?

The Democratic Party will become a sad little footnote in the history books, and America will survive on Republican strength.

Nobody would dare to. US has enough nuclear weapons to destroy the whole world many times over. You don't piss off someone like that.
