Yes- some people just don't have manners! That happened to me alot when I was visitting Rome...people would plow in to you then glare at YOU like how DARE you be in their way? I was disappointed at how rude the people were there...

Yes - so rude!! Also when you let a car in in front of you or a person cross a crosswalk and they don't even give you a 'thank you' wave!
