It is going to be for both and it will also be on the last gen consoles. and I think that it is even on PSP and DS, not sure about that last part though.
But the next Splinter Cell, number five, will be EXCLUSIVE to Xbox 360!

Splinter Cell: Double Agent is online for Xbox 360 for now.

Splinter Cell Double Agent is for the Xbox, Xbox 360 and ps2 for sure... I'm not sure about the ps3 but I would guess yes. And it's probably for the Wii too.
