Don't hurt yourself. And I'm thinking that whatever problem you're having probably has a better solution than putting on a cast for at least 2 months.
Failing that, I think there are fake casts around at costume shops. People would use them in ski lodges so they could sit by the fire and pretend to have gotten an injury so they didn't have to ski. Try that.

I have a better idea. Actually my 3 year old son just broke his leg, and I was there when they put the cast on.
Don't hurt yourself. See if you can find somebody to put one on for you. Pretend. Or surf the net and see if you can find where you can buy something to make a cast. Otherwise maybe you can bribe somebody who does casts at a medical center do it for you. Say its a joke or something.

GET ON SOMETHING REALY REALY HIGH THEN JUST JUMP OFF SEE IF THAT WORKS but i tryed it before i was on the this bridge thing and i jumped off.... or just go to the doctor and say i need a cast
