First you talk to your GP. They will refer you to a psychatrist that deals in gender issues. Once the psychiatrist is happy enough to refer you, you will be recommened to a gender identity clinic where you can take female hormones to grow breasts and hopefully take on a more feminine figure.

dunno if this will help but an easy way of doing it is going though yahoo messenger go to your picture box customize your avatar then
Go to the My Avatar page.
Click the "Preferences" tab.
Click the "Change" button in the "Change My Avatar's Gender" section.
Click "Switch Gender."
