The key is definitely pitching. The mets need to stop the St. Louis hitters because their offense hasn't been that great during the NLCS. If they are going to have a chance, they need to keep St. Louis below 5 runs.

clutch hitting and it was borne out when they couldnt score with no one out and 2 men on base bottom of the 9th inning......it looks like losing pedro and orlando was the difference since they wouldve won the one game they needed to punch the ticket to the world series
