I really don't know too much about either of them, though I do hope that Taylor Hicks can find some more effective treatment for the epileptic fits that so often impair his performances. A friend of mine said that it was dancing! That's not dancing, it's denial, Taylor, get some help.

Niether. America Idol sucks other than Kelly Carson no one becomes famous... plus its a total popularity contest....
although in answer to your question: McPhee just cause she could actually sing unlike Hicks who does tacky moves. Dont ask how i know this, apparently in the U.S. there is no way to escape American Idol.

I liked Taylor but when Katharine McPhee sand "somewhere over the rainbow" on american idol i fell in love with her.. she is a good singer.. but so is taylor
