It can vary from person to person depending on their general health and immune system.
It can be as little as two weeks or as long as two months.
Also, don't use antibiotics for an URI nor a cold. Many doctors are not informed about medications. Anitbiotics are not good for treating viruses and it makes germs resistant to the bacteria that you do need antibiotics for. Antibiotics would not work for you if you needed them after this.
However, if an infection does develop from your URI, such as an ear infection, by all means take the antibiotic for that.
Just let the bug run its course and drink plenty of fluids, eat well (especially chicken soup), and get lots of rest.

2 weeks is about right; I get an infection every winter. If you're afraid to go to the doctor for antibiotics, go to the grocery store instead and buy some yogurt- the active cultures will reset your immune system. Be sure to drink plenty of water and if you can, drink some astragalus tea.

Everyone is different. 10 days to two weeks. Sometimes the cough from bronchitis can last for months.
