If you mean to get into vet school, I think it depends on which country you live in, and how the vet schools select their students.
Biology of some description would be my guess...the requirements of my vet school (where vet is an undergrad degree, not a post-grad one) are that you do at least a year of undergraduate science...this means that you do physics, chemistry, various biology subjects, maths, etc. Biology is the only one of them that I'm still using.
If you mean at vet school, then it is simply veterinary medicine or veterinary science (depending on what the degree at your uni is called).

Most vets go through the same biology/premed major future doctors do. Some schools have specialized pre-vet majors.

If you talking about your undergrad degree then none in particular... just load up on the sciences... biology, microbiology, zoology, botany, chemistry...etc. If, on the otherhand, you are accepted in a vet school then they will determine your courses.
