in middle school they think dang those are hot (realy if girls wear things to cover up there heads then boys will want to see their heads) just like a.s.s. or p.u.s.s.y. or boobs
they think about boobs like they want to have sex with the girl and lick her t.i.t.s. or something sexual

What does a boy not think about when they see boobs, their harmones are out of control. There is no description for what boys think when they see boobs.

i really dont know i think you would have to ask a boy that one. . . sorry.
but chances are they probably dont think when there looking at boobs. but yeah ask a boy, they might tell you why guys love looking boobs.
