That has not been my experience. But Africa does suffer from major corruption, civil war and Genocide, and sexually transmitted diseases on a much larger scale than the rest of the continents. Maybe you should start there instead of blaming everyone else. Maybe convice the Catholic Church to approve Condoms?

i can't think of an answer to this, but it's effed up huh!! the african nations have awesome culture, as do all other indigenous peoples...it slays me that there are still so many biases, and so much bigotry on our planet. i'm native american...i love to learn about all cultures. everyone has something to offer...if people would just observe and listen, and LEARN! maybe it has something to do with fear...jealousy? maybe it's a lack of/loss of cultural identity in some people. hatred is just a sad and wasted energy.

It's the pharm companies. They don't want to give all their drugs to Africa.
