Yes u should. As it stands u don't even have a marriage anymore so why not just give him the divorce and get on with your own lives?

On the one hand, you could give him the divorce...it's obviously over, and he will never return of his own free will...On the other hand, you could drug him, tie him up in your spare bathroom...feed him through a hole in the door...maybe break his legs...like Kathy Bates did in "Misery"...he won't escape then...that worked well for her...didn't it? ...for a while...
Best that you both move on with your lives. Let the past stay in the past, and work on your future from a more legally acceptable starting point.

Honey if he wants the divorce give it to him, if he can move on then you should too, trust me I know it hurts but dont waste loving a man that doesnt love you back. Plus maybe you can get alimony and buy yourself a hot dress and snag you a man that loves you just as much as you can love him back.

It's been three years now, do you want to continue being married to a man that's living with another woman?

Of course you should. You aren't having a marriage. You don't live together and haven't for quite some time so you've actually been separated for a while. Why would you want to be with someone who doesn't want to be with you?

You have real issues if you haven't given him one already. Why would you want to stay married?? I don't understand. If the man wants a divorce give it to him, it has been 3 yrs for goodness sake.

After being apart for three years, it is time for both of you to be free of each other. The only way you can be really free is to set him free.

I would say that you both have definitely moved on with no lasting feelings for each other. Yeah, why not just get it done and then you really can be free to do whatever you wish.

Seems there is no love lost here, so why would you want to hang on to him? Let him go and get a life for yourself. Live a little.
