at the age 10 they don't usually check those unless your are going for a specific problem there and they cant touch you if you say no

It depends what you are going for. If you have no had sex and haven't begin menstruation yet, he probably will not view your private parts unless there are complications with the digestive or reproductive system.

at 10 you shouldnt be going to the Dr. without a parent or guardian and the Dr. cant be in the room with you without a nurse.
