Ebay is a good bet. Just make sure you ask for detailed shots of the stitching if you plan to buy an authentic jersey. I've bought several off of eBay and I've found out that many of retailers on there outsource the labor costs of stitching numbers onto jerseys in order to sell a jersey that would normally go for $200+ for about $50-70 dollars.
With everything on eBay make sure to go with a reputable seller.

depends on what player and team you're looking for. David Pollack (LB, Cincinnati Bengals) jerseys are selling for really cheap right now because he's on injured reserve. My friend just bought one a couple days ago for only $20.
