If it weren't for the ASAP bit in your question, I was going to direct you to your local Scout Shop where you can get books of skits for cub scouts. I gave all of my resources away to my successor after a decade as cubmaster.

These three should get you started. Mouse around on the links. I like MacScouter a great deal. Make sure that whatever you choose isn't "page 89'ed" (ask someone with Wood Badge what that means). No water (the peeing caterpillar is out), no drug references, cross dressing or parodies of national icons. For our pack, we are having members of SCA come out and do a weapons demonstration for us.
You might also check your program helps book. I think there might be something in there.

long hair is nice but requires servicing and u have to grow it out for a long time

It's all simply a matter of personal preference. We have short hair and guys such as it. And i prefer a guy with short hair over a guy with long hair because long hair tends to make guys look too girly.
