Hydrogen peroxide if on white. Otherwise enzymatic meat tenderizer (seriously) mixed into a slurry with water. Dab it on with a rag a few times and leave overnight. Bot hare safe to repeat and won't leave anything behind that can harm someone.

Make a paste out of soft scrub with bleach and leave it in the tub right on the stain. You may have to repeat it a few times for the stains to be completely gone. As for the carpet, this may sound strange but peroxide is the best thing I know for getting out blood stains from fabrics. I hope all works out well for you. Did you kill someone in your bathroom? Just curious.

New carpet (and pad - don't be a cheapskate) removed and replaced after midnight. Tile can be cleaned, but drywall should be replaced. New primer and paint. Have you considered blood in the drain? Heavy duty drain cleaner. Burn all trash on your boss's property to deflect attention from you (No, I'm not implying anything). I hope you taped a show to use as an alibi.
Forget it. Admit you slaughtered a goat in the bathroom and telll your wife the truth.
