Um...turning around and nobody being there could be easily be explained: Perhaps, the person just walked away. So, I would go for he diarrhea in traffic.

I think being stuck in traffic when you have diarrhea. All I can say is been there done that.

Worse is to diarrea after turning and seeing that noone is there. not that I know from experience.

there's nothing like going 2 wherever your going and having crap all over yourself.
