Sweet tarts,Lifesaver (five flavor);Lifesaver 9 tropical fruit),Creamesaver,Most of the fruits are sweet and sour too.Mango juice- it's sweet and sour also..Sweet orange juice- is also sweet and sour too.Sweet are candy and sour like Tamrind.Try Tang powder and dissolve it in a glass of water and taste it -it has both properties like Sweet and sour taste.Sweets are prepared from Milk by products + Sugar while sour things are produced from a fruit.

Lemons have a higher sugar content than strawberries. Some apples can make you pucker but you know they are high in sugar.
