It's just fascinating to guys.
Guys will never understand why girls look for personality but we do.
It's just a mystery.
This won't change after the boys get past 16. They will still look at butts and boobs. Get used to it!

Guys are attracted to specific shapes, like the shape of the hips or the fullness of a female's chest. These are signs of health and the ability to carry children to term.
Nature has programmed the patterns of these physical shapes into men so they don't have to think hard about what will make for a good mate.
Woman have similar programming that allows them to judge men for how fit they are. What makes men attractive to women is their ability to provide for the family, to defend the family and to be 'respected' in social groups. Physical shapes are less important to women, but still a little important, like being tall and having muscles because these help with the 'respect' and defense part.
In modern times, this programming seems a bit silly. It's not as silly when you think about humans as animals in the wild, without language and knowledge, trying to find the best mates. It's where we came from.

Guys looking at girls butts is always a sign of attraction unless they are laughing. Guys just like butts, as do many girls.

isn't it annoying? i mean i'll be walking and these guys will start talking to each other and i see through corner of my eye them looking at my butt. And then i turn around and they'll be lookin at my boobs! i have a fit body because i do lots of dancing, sports, and singing but i have big boobs. and its not just at my school its also at the mall! and its not just teenage guys some little kids do it to. all of them are pervs accept two of my guy friends which one of them i'm dating now. i hate when they do that. and if you go to a party wearing a bikini, God bless your soul. they do it because they want it! they want sex! so they have a hormone over dose and look our butts and boobs. guys want sex and they can't have it. i mean why don't they just masturbate ,which i think is gross, but they probably do. so then why don't they watch internet porn.
guys stop looking at butts and boobs. guys,take my advice, masturbate and watch porn. you got that guys?

it seems like you are still young. we guys, looks at them because we "admire" them. we find them "amusing" and rated them for fun. don't be embarassed it's just our nature to look at them.
we do look at them secretively BUT if a guy stared at you, BEWARE because he could be a psychotic pervert that can be dangerous!
