i have a usb cord for my camera phone and i plugged it in now what do i do?

i want to down load pics and vidoes off my phone to computer it seems impossible

open My Computer and see if you can access the phone's memory, that's how mine works, if not then did it come with cd with something to install?

Well you have to install the drivers for that phone on your computer first. Did the phone come with a set up CD? If not you can find the dirvers you need from the phone manufacturing compneys website. Once you have that taken care off you will be transfer any kind of files from your phone to your computer. :-)
