Keep your eyes open and look in the direct that you are moving. Why? Motion sickness is caused by conflicting information that is signaled in your brain. For example, people get motion sickness in an airplane because your body is telling you that you are moving, however your eyes are tell you your not moving, there being the conflict. To be on the safe side maybe meds are better

I take Dramamine for my motion sickness. It's available over the counter.

I get it really bad... it sucks. When I ride rollercoasters I just take a break, I sit down and I breathe deeply for a while, then I can get right back on a rollercoaster, as long as I take deep breathing breaks in between...

There is really no cure for motion sickness.

If you get sick right after you ride one coster then I wouldn't ride anymore.

But if you don't get sick right away, just ride on and off.
