where can I find used telephone poles,or something like them for cheap?

I am trying to help a local church build a paintball fiels and they need poles to hold up the netting.please help me

I have already checked with the local power and phone company and they dont have any for sale.Im hoping to find a retailer or jobsite that has tall pine trees that we could use

a general search on the net whould turn some up.

if you want closer to home, ask your locel phone company, since they are the ones that put them up and replace them. They may have them sent to a recycle center, etc. But at least you can find out from them if you can have some.

Contact your local electric or telephone company. Tell them briefly why you need a few utility poles. Politely ask if there is a manager available with whom you could speak. Maybe he or she could offer suggestions that would help your local church with this project.
