Does anyone no the Difference between cellular respiration and breathing?

I think cellular respiration refers to the chemical interaction at the cellular level on the exchanges of gases. Breathing refers to the intake and outflow of air in higher animals with the use of lungs.

cellular respiration is the gas exchange that takes place at the cellular level, breathing is what the organism does to facilitate the gas exchange
