Especially when I know he's staring at me, I can't look at him, until he looks away.Hmm.. what does it mean when you really like someone, but you can't even imagine them being in the least any type of romantic? Like, you can't imagine them taking you out on a date or stuff like that? I can imagine it, just have a feeling it would be so weird ya know?

I think that's what you call attraction...I once felt like that and my Mom was the one who had to explain it... (can you imagine how it went? LOL) It's one of those things that you can't explain... one that reason itslf can't explain... as long as the feeling is good of course... There are different forms of attraction and so many ways and form of attracting someone... so darling... you have to figure this one out yourself... I wish you well and just go with the flow

It sounds like you might have an inferiority problem.
Girl you are worth any man. Hold your head up. Wink at him. Flirt with him continuously. You can do this.
Then when he asks you out--tell him you need to check your calendar and give him your number. Have him call you later and then you can really talk over the phone without being nervous or scared.
Then, pencil him in for Friday/Saturday night.
It'll all work out girl.
