Probably not. You can probably get in at the bottom and work your way up though.

Since you don't have a college degree they will probably want you to have a lot of experience in the retail field and management. I know, how do you get the experience if you don't get the job, it's the same old story. I've been through it a hundred times. (by the way, I don't have a college degree and it's never been easy when other people applying for the same position do).

It also depends on the job market where you live. Are there plenty of jobs available or are there few with a lot of people out of work?

Good luck, I hope you get the job!!

i'm a senior and i've been working at my job for over 2 years, alog w/ multiple other jobs. i've been promoted up to a supervisor over time. You prob will not be hired as a manager but with time you can climb up to be a manager by grade 12. BUT most places have requirements for being manager.. 40 hours min a week.. etc. its alot to handle w/ school so don't overwhelm yourself like i've done so many times!

I became a manager at a local food restaurant when I was a sophmore in highschool. It is all about first impression and work experience. If you can show them that you are a professional and interested in helping their company, you have a good chance.

Usually manager positions want you to have at least experience as a manager if not a college degree in management. It can't hurt to try though.

If they were smart it would depend on your skills in organization and delegating responsibilities rather than a College education.
