Nope, and I think a lot of it has to do with that I am part Italian, and we kick *** and take names later! so I would have to say that is a big fat no. Have I regretted anything I've said when I am angry, most of the time no, because I am not afraid to speak my mind and if I offend someone in the proceess then I am sorry, but when you really think about it, I am just saying what others are afraid to say.

Well. I certainly try to avoid becoming angry. I used to react madly to the slightest reason or provocation (according to my volatile state of mind). But now I know for sure that anger is the source of all problems and suffering. Nothing good about it, really!

Yes, I don't want to hurt those I love and I don't want something to come back and bite me if I get angry at someone I'm less close to.

Me ......I'm Irish we don't stop and think before. Once we lose our tempers. I go completely insane when I am mad. To the point I would have to take the bed the next day. I don't stop I just go off. I take and take and then blow up.

I try to & can manage it nine times out of ten, though I end up almost chewing my tongue off. It doesn't always work though & that tenth time I'll just spout off & things get ugly. I usually feel terrible after, and it's true....once you've put the words out there, you can't ever change them.

Yes, I always do that...and believe it or not, sometimes I wish I was blunt, because a lot of times I don't let people know how I trully feel...I just tell them it's OK, even if it's eating me up inside!

Yes mostly. There are often better ways of dealing with an issue than letting it loose.

However if someone is taking advantage of me then I let 'er rip.
