Rozzell is right. Supes is six time thicker, meaning he has six times the cell density than a common human, that and the electrochemical aura he "radiates", is the source of his invulnerability. The light saber being of physical nature, it can't do a lot of damage, perhaps a big scratch or a deep cut, but I don't think he would be sliced.
Then again, and if memory doesn't fail me, the saber's power interacts with the mastery of the Force that the wielder has, so, and although the Force is not mystical in nature, I think that a powerful Jedi or Sith could do some serious damage to Supes.
Finding out would take a Dark Horse-DC crossover. That would be interesting, if continuity devastating. Still they did the Superman-Alien thing, right?

A red lightsaber could possibly kill him. If lightsabers give off UV light then a red lightsaber could cut superman as red UV rays are one of Superman's weaknesses.

From what I've read and seen about superman, yes a lightsaber could probably kill superman. Cuz it's super hot and can burn through like anything

I dont think so, so far lasers have been ineffective agaainst big blue, however if the force is magical in nature as opposed to being scientific in nature then it may be able to harm him. Upon doing more research I have discovered that the force is metaphysical in nature and therefore a lightsaber could possibly injure Superman

I think it all depends on how strong the Jedi or Sith is. If the Jedi is strong enough, He may be able to crush Superman like wad of paper.

1) made of Kryptonite, and/or
2) powered by Kryptonite, and/or
3) emitting the same rays as a red sun

It could burn him or maybe stab him, but I don't think you could hack him up like sushi with it. A jedi can predict your moves with the force, but superman can move faster than light, so it wouldn't matter, supes would just knock Luke into orbit.
