Yes, it is totally safe. I am pregnant and I was actually just recommended by my physician to take that over anything else because there have been no questions raised about the Tylenol drug at all. Whether or not you can take it on an everyday basis, I am not sure. For the best and safest answer, consult a doctor.

Tylenol is about the only safe thing you can take in pregnancy it seems. Tylenol is more then likely safe but read the label it should have a warning if not, but tylenol is reletively safe.

Yes! I actually asked my OB yesterday. I take it nightly as it was the only safe thing to take while TTCing to help me sleep and deal with my shoulder pain.

He said - ideally nothing would be best - but there would be no problem if I felt like I wanted to continue.

Good luck!

Check with your doctor before taking any medicine, including aspirin. Even medicine you can buy without a prescription can cause birth defects, especially if it's taken during the first 3 months of pregnancy.

Ask your doctor. My cousin had problems sleeping/headaches, her doctor told her that it was okay if she took one. So just call up your doctor and ask. Good luck!
