i think the best thing u do when to get noticed is watch her continuously untill she makes an eye contact with you when she look at you turn ur face down or look anywhere else.repeat it 3,,,4 times and then the lady ll notice you .

Well, if I understand your question correctly, the answer is , just look sharp,act as if you own the joint, and if all else fails,just stuff bottle of windex down trousers ,I'm sure women will notice the oversized bulk, and will either run or stop and ask!!!!
