If you to much of any thing,,, you can gain weight,,, not sure about actually getting fat,,,, but will be weight gain.

Think of food this way. Calories in & Calories out. You must work off the calories you ate or you will gain weight. i.e. I use this only as an example not that it takes 15 minutes to walk it off: EXAMPLE: if you ate a piece of candy of say 50 calories - you'd have to walk about 15 minutes to get rid of those 50 calories.
So, once again think calories in/calories out

YES, you can get fat from too much. Things are only healthy and low fat in moderation. Too much of any food is not good.
