Yes, I wonder the same thing. I think people are just lazy. Like the same way they dont even make sure they spell things right, so we have to read an alien language and try to decode it before we can even try to come up with an answer.

You may as well ask why people wear sunglasses at night or why they always face the ocean at the beach instead of the other way around.

It's probably because they really haven't put much thought into their presentation. Teenagers in particular seem to think the world revolves around them, so why wouldn't they think we can see into their thought processes?

Good topic.

I suspect that people who ask questions which lack clarity are they themselves lacking in proper English/grammar? Perhaps they don't know how to word the question which they want to know, so they ask it the best they know how.

If you like answering questions, just make the best of it. Or if you don't understand it, simply move on to the next question. Don't let little things get you all upset. :-) Life is so much more than answering questions in Yahoo! Answers.

You are right people should detail their questions if they want good answers. But sometimes when you add details you get answers like,

'I didn't read all that but thanks for the two points'.

My two cents... they want attention, but don't want to earn it!

Sort of the reality TV psychology on the Internet.
