When in doubt, ALL women usually turn to the ol' "sexy black cat" get up. All you'd need is the ears, black tights & the tail.
Trust me, though it's cheap & easy, it ALWAYS gets guys' tongues wagging...

Personally this year I'm going as Little Red Riding Hood...but for cheap ideas I've known people who have done the sluttly secretary look w/ a black bra, white shirt and short skirt. School girl look is pretty easy as well. And I've known people to dress up in army gear from army supply stores ... with a little tweaking the outfits can look really sexy. If you want a more professional one you can alway check online amazon.com and hot topic (I believe this was mentioned) are good places for cheap costumes.

you could always make a devil costume out of a sexy red dress and get a red tail and horns
