ok. i ordered my halloween costume last night and a pair of stockings to go along with them. there with thigh highs with lace top. what i didnt realize is that there suppose to be bought with a garter. its too late to go and do the whole return thing. will the stockings stay up? or does anyone reccomend any stores that sell stockings with lace tops that will stay up?

they will probably stay up on their own if they are tight enough. the garter is probably just to add some sexiness to the costume.

Go to victoria secrets they have very sexy thigh high stockings with lace at the top. They have elastic at the top and do not require a garter belt. Good luck.

Are they tight or rubber coated on the inside they should stay up but if they are plain lace they may need a garter

you can get lace top thigh high at most stores, and wal-mart sells cheap garter belts that will work well and look sexy

If you have kind of chubby thighs like I do, the tops might kind of roll up and fall down. It will be a little uncomfortable, but they should stay up long enough to have fun.

yes, they should stay up. if you bought the right size. they may roll down if they are too small.
