i need specific ideas. such as wat factor (using dish soap) 2 test and how. example: does water temperature affect how well dish soap removes food and grease.

You might try quantity of soap - is more soap more effective?
Or - different foods - mustard harder to clear off than ketchup?
Or - You might think about how to check the results - visual only?
Contrast pricey with cheap soap - the more expensive the soap the better the job it does?

Sure. test to see what brand makes most suds, because more suds means more clean. If there aren't alot of suds, this cold mean the soap is less concentrated than soaps that produce more suds. ; ]
