The first thing I would like to know is: What do you mean Bush's black out on Iranian internet? That would be an absolutely exageration. Bush cannot contol an internet. You may be mis-informed, this week the Iranian government just required all ISP's in country to cut their speeds in half. As far as a Bush blackout... Can't happen.
