A loy of things could be contributing to that. For example the fact that now you're going to be dead tired everyday for even another 5 weeks. I am only 6 weeks along and I get hip pain at night. It feels like growing pains. If the pain gets unbareable go to emergancy let them know you're pregnant and having unbareable pain.
Honestly if you're concerned enough to come here, you should probably go to a clinic or to emergancy and have it checked out.

It might not even be related to the pregnancy. Or it could be the Relaxin your body is producing, although it seems a bit early for that. Relaxin is what makes your hips and pelvis spread so the baby can be born, it's also what can make your feet bigger during pregnancy. If you are in that much pain a trip to the emergency room might be in order. Pain causes stress and stress hormones are not good for the baby or you. Have you told them at your GP's office how much pain you are in? Maybe they could at least let you talk to a nurse if they can't get you in earlier. Good Luck.

Oh baby! It just goes with the territory. It's your pelvic area shifting to make room for your new little visitor. There's not much us pregnant ladies can do about the everyday aches and pains of being pregnant either. I soak in a warm bath to ease most of the minor discomforts.
Contrary to what others may believe (her above), I began feeling the minor discomforts, aches and pains of pregnancy during implantation and have been feeling them ever since, I am now 10.4 weeks. These pains are NORMAL & not an indication of ectopic pregnancy, if you're having doubts call your nurse and or dr and they'll be happy to reassure you. Cramping, aching, lower back aches, etc; all normal with early pregnancy dear. As long as you're not having heavy bleeding and cramping, the discomforts are bearable, you're alright.

Your body is going to do alot of changing, Your hip pain could just be that you are starting to grow. Your pelvis and abdomin have to expand as your baby grows, and that is why you get sore hips, legs, ect....
