This is a serious question. It is not anything political. I am actually concerned he has a problem and no one cares. Serious answers only, please. I know he had something removed a few years ago, but it just looks really bad now.

it appears because he turns his cheek every few hours, trying to decide if he is a liberal, a conservative, or centralist, thus constorting his features

He had skin cancer from being in an outdoor cage in the Viet Nam jungle during the years he was a prisoner. He had it removed several years ago, but it looks like he either is having a recurrence or a problem with his glands draining.

He is in his 70's! What do you expect?

He went through a lot in Vietnam, and should be condsidered a hero, no matter what his politics are.
