A capsule, for sure. I've heard horrible colon-cleansing stories about people who have found old undigested pills in their stool. Pretty sick, but it's true... not much point in taking them if they're just going to pass right through.

A capsule will disolve faster. That's why it was invented AFTER the pill.

Capsules. Pills often come out the other end virtually untouched. Capsules almost never do.
