yes .i believe that ,how many times do you meet someone and you could put your life on it that it was the person you knew .it is probably the biggest mystery how everyone has the same features eyes nose etc, and still look so different . well i know my double she was born with me .

Given the number of people on Earth there is every chance that there is at least one person who looks almost the same as you, that is frightening really but then again there is not a lot you can do about it apart from having plastic surgery and then you will probably look like someone else you cannot win
