Hey Apollo...Nice to meet you.

The USA is straight south of the North Pole, and straight north of the South Pole.

The USA is next to and south of Canada. It is also north and northeast of Mexico.

If you were to stand on the shores of Bermuda, the USA would be to your West.

If you were to stand on the western shores of Africa, the USA would be northwest of you.

And if you stood on the western shores of Spain, the USA would be directly west of you.

The USA is a pretty big place with over 300 million people as of yesterday's count.

If you were to search for it on a map of the globe, you would find the largest part of the USA roughly between
25 degrees and 50 degrees north Latitude, and roughly
between 70 degrees and 125 degrees longitude. These
rough figures do not allow for Alaska and Hawaii which are also part of the USA, but not part of the main land
mass which makes up most of the USA.

The USA is smack in the middle of the land mass called
North America. drop by some time...We'll leave a light
on for ya.

lol how do you not know where the U.S. is? It's like the most viewed country. business leader of the world as well. We also hold a reputation for sticking our nose in other countries' problems. A little peace of the U.S. can also be found in just about any other country in the world. We probably have a military base in your country as well.
Anyway
The United states is across the sea to the west from Europe. It's the chunk of land in the middle. Alaska is also above Canada. Canada is above us and Mexico is just below us.

The United States of America (also known as the United States, the U.S., the U.S.A., and America) is a country in North America that extends from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean and shares land borders with Canada and Mexico and a sea border with Russia. The United States is a federal republic, with its capital in Washington, D.C.

The present-day continental United States has been inhabited for at least 15,000 years by indigenous tribes.[2] After European exploration and settlement in the 16th century, the English established their own colonies—and gained control of others that had been begun by other European nations—in the eastern portion of the continent in the 17th and early 18th centuries. On July 4, 1776, at war with Britain over fair governance, thirteen of these colonies declared their independence. In 1783, the war ended in British acceptance of the new nation. Since then, the United States of America has more than quadrupled in size: it now consists of 50 states and one federal district; it also has numerous overseas territories.

At over 3.7 million square miles (over 9.5 million km²), the U.S. is the third or fourth largest country by total area, depending on whether China's figures include its disputed areas. It is the world's third most populous nation, with 300 million people.

The date of the Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776, is generally considered to be the date on which the U.S. was founded. The first federal government was constituted under the Articles of Confederation, adopted in 1781. The Articles were replaced by the Constitution, adopted in 1787. Since its establishment, the liberal democratic nature of the government has grown as suffrage has been extended to more citizens. American military, economic, cultural, and political influence increased throughout the 20th century. With the collapse of the Soviet Union at the end of the Cold War, the nation emerged as the world's sole remaining superpower.[3] Today, the United States plays a major role in world affairs.

Geography
A satellite composite image of the contiguous U.S. Deciduous vegetation and grasslands prevail in the east, transitioning to prairies, boreal forests, and the Rocky Mountains in the west, and deserts in the southwest. In the northeast, the coasts of the Great Lakes and Atlantic seaboard host much of the country's population.

The United States is the world's third largest country by land area, after Russia and Canada.[9] Its contiguous portion is bounded by the North Atlantic Ocean to the east, the North Pacific Ocean to the west, Mexico and the Gulf of Mexico to the south, and Canada to the north. The state of Alaska also borders Canada, with the Pacific Ocean to its south and the Arctic Ocean to its north. West of Alaska, across the narrow Bering Strait, is Russia. The state of Hawaii occupies an archipelago in the Pacific Ocean, southwest of the North American mainland.

It is between Canada and Latin America, except for Alaska and Hawii, which are states located away from the others. USA stands for the United States of America, the wonderful country (except for the politics) I was born and raised in.

You're just as bad as the Americans who look at a map that's not labeled, are told to point to Texas, and point to North Dakota.

just so you know where Texas and North Dakota are (around middle of map, North Dakota's in north, Texas's in south):

and a visual aid of the US in the world (look at far left of map):
